Role Overview

As an Engineering Manager - Full-stack, you'll lead a team of engineers to design, build, and scale our platform. You'll drive technical excellence across our web and mobile stack while fostering innovation in local commerce technology.

-8+ years experience with 1+ years in engineering management
-Expertise in Python (Django/Flask/FastAPI) and/or Go (Gin)-Strong frontend skills (React.js, Next.js, React Native)-Experience with cloud platforms (GCP/AWS) and Kubernetes-Deep knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases-Proven track record of shipping complex systems

Nice to Have

-Experience with GenAI/ML applications
-Knowledge of GraphQL, WebSockets, Kafka-Contributions to open-source projects
