Software Engineering Manager

At Meta India our Meta's Sales & Marketing Team is responsible for building integrated, scalable, and robust enterprise sales and marketing applications. As an Engineer, you will play a key role in re-imagining sales productivity by shipping transformative products that serve Meta's Sales & Marketing teams and partners across its businesses.

Software Engineering Manager Responsibilities:

• Effectively scale the team by attracting and mentoring extraordinary people at various levels of experience to grow a well-balanced, team
• Empower and demonstrate the open Meta engineering norms
• Successfully work in a cross-functional partnership with other leaders across Facebook
• Lead teams that deliver on multiple projects of increasing dependencies in an ambiguous or high-impact area

Minimum Qualifications:

• Experience in leading software engineering teams
• Experience in recruiting engineering talent and building out teams
• Experience in translating technical concepts into language for audiences, including software engineers, business and technical leaders
• BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science or equivalent
• Successful candidate must remain in role in the same team in India for a minimum period of 24 months before being eligible for transfer to another role, team or location
