Job Description

Responsibilities Develop and maintain features and integrations for Unosecur. Ship large features and improvements confidently and with minimal guidance. Solve technical problems of the highest scope and complexity for your team. Review and share feedback on code, features, technology, architecture, and designs. Translate business requirements into a software design; communicate the designs to the other developers in the team. Provide mentorship to junior engineers on your team to help them grow in their technical responsibilities and remove blockers to their autonomy. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent. Minimum 5+ years of programming experience. Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in the performance of duties. Experience in building scalable distributed systems, ideally scaling products from 0 -> 1 and 1 -> 100 Preferred experience with our technology stack - Typescript, Python, React, MongoDB, Redis, and AWS. Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments by identifying areas of impact and independently pursuing them.
