Software Engineer - Sitecore

You have 1-2 years of experience with C# and .Net Framework development. You also have 1+ years of experience in Sitecore 9.x, with preference for experience in Sitecore 10. Your understanding of Sitecore infrastructure 8.x design and components is good. You have experience in troubleshooting and improving the performance of an application using various third-party solutions and integrations. Additionally, you have a good grasp of helix design principles. You should be able to create a technical design document. Experience working on a cloud computing platform, specifically Azure, is required. Knowledge of software best practices such as Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Continuous Improvement and Continuous Deployment is essential. You must possess excellent communication skills and enjoy working in highly collaborative teams to build quality code. Being self-driven, result-oriented, and maintaining high standards while working with a sense of urgency is crucial. You should have the ability to troubleshoot existing applications and provide root cause analysis. Mentoring and guiding junior developers to help them grow their technical and consulting capabilities is part of the role. Strong working experience in Agile software development methodologies is a must.,
