Description
We are looking for a skilled Software Engineer Senior with 8 to 13 years of experience in the field or a related area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and leadership, with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. Roles and Responsibility Design, develop, and test software applications on various platforms, including web, desktop, and client-server. Lead developers through project construction phases, providing guidance and support. Analyze existing systems, implement requirements, and change requests into design deliverables. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including QA, tech leads, and project management. Develop and maintain reusable, extendable, and maintainable systems and components. Provide technical expertise and mentorship to junior team members. Ensure timely response to Service Desk issues and manage bug tracking tool during development, assigning defects to team developers. Foster a team environment where all members are included in the solution and leadership is aware of all actions being taken. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree preferred in Computer programming, Information Systems, or a similar field. Minimum 8 years of experience in software development and leadership. Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, C#.NET, ASP.NET, Web development, JavaScript, HTML, WEB Focus, SharePoint, PowerBuilder, ServiceNow, Windows, networking, XML, MicroStrategy, and other relevant technologies. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members. Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle and accounting methodologies. Ability to function as a performance advisor for staff and assist with their goal and development plan. Training or experience in the accounting/auditing field. Good understanding of accounting methodologies. Strong attention to detail.
