What You’ll Do

• Own and ship features across React Native (Expo) and Node.js stack.
• Optimize performance and implement delightful UI interactions.
• Collaborate with designers to bring Gen Z-inspired micro-interactions to life.
• Integrate with backend APIs and third-party services (search, payments, analytics).
• Maintain clean, modular, and scalable codebases with strong documentation.
• Work closely with founders to ideate and iterate product features at startup speed.
• Build rapid prototypes and experiment with emerging tech (AI, AR try-ons, etc.).
  

What We’re Looking For

• 2–3 years of experience in React Native and Node.js.
• Prior experience at an early-stage startup (preferably B2C / consumer app).
• Strong understanding of UI/UX, state management (Redux / Recoil), and mobile performance optimization.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, Firebase, and GraphQL is a plus.
• A hacker’s mindset — comfortable moving fast, breaking things (responsibly), and learning even faster.
• Obsessed with clean design, seamless performance, and building things people love to use.
  

Bonus Points

• Worked on consumer apps with 100K+ users.
• Experience with TypeScript, WebSockets, or Next.js.
• Interest in fashion, Gen Z culture, or social-first product design.
• Shipped side projects or built indie apps.
