Primary Responsibilities:

• As an individual contributor expected to be team player , be themselves and make a meaningful impact
• Build and maintain solid relationships with business partners and IT partners
• Continue to mature DevOps functional full stack ownership (Build/Test/Operate)
• Continuously evolve employee FSE skills/ AI mindset and agile maturity
• Implement the AL/ML and good hands on on Python packages. Create a positive, productive team environment where engineers love to work
• Work closely with Architecture teams to align on architecture and solutions
• Drive/own solution design for team deliverables and understanding of business problems
• Design and propose innovative solution options to solve business problems
• Ability to write the code and Review the code of the engineers
• Involve in critical and complex technical discussions
• Detail-oriented and ability to document low to highly complex functional designs and data structures, to support business and operational requirement

Required Qualifications:

• Graduation is must
• 5+ years of hands on experience Java/J2EE, Spring, Web Services
• 4+ years In design and development. 3+ years of hands on experience on relational and non-relational database
• 3+ years on experience in Agile/Devops
• 3+ years of hands on experience on Micro-Service, Spring-Boot, Kafka, Spring Batch, Rest API
• 3+ years of hands on experience of building robust infrastructure using Docker, Kubernetes, OSFI, Jenkins
• 3+ years of hands on experience on Azure COSMOS DB
• 3+ years of hands on experience on Azure cloud, Snowflake, React, Redis cache, Exposure to python packages
• 1+ years of experience on AI solutions
• Proven self-driven learning on relevant internal and industry technologies
• Proven excellent object-oriented programming skills and accomplished performance with Java technologies
• Solid ability to work collaboratively across diverse groups of business and technical stakeholders
• Solid architectural and design mindset
• Exceptional ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical people
