The Impact you will have in this role:
In the first month, expect to:
Work on an isolated engineering challenge, such as implementing a new feature or fixing a bug in our .NET application. This is the place to get familiar with our codebase, make mistakes, and learn from them. We will provide you with a comprehensive onboarding plan, including pair programming sessions, code reviews, and knowledge transfer sessions with senior engineers.
In the first three months, expect to:
You'll be working with our engineering team to develop and enhance our .NET application. You'll have the opportunity to contribute to the design, development, and testing of new features. You will actively participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to your peers.
In the first year, expect to:
You'll become an integral part of our .NET engineering team and take ownership of various components and modules of our application. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet customer needs.
Your Primary Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain .NET applications Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, design, and implement new features Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and maintainability Identify and troubleshoot software defects and performance issues Ensure compliance with coding standards and best practices Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to continuously improve software development practices
Qualifications:
Minimum of 4 years of related experience Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
Talents Needed for Success:
Strong experience in .NET development Proficiency in C# and .NET frameworks Experience with web development technologies such as ASP.NET, MVC, and JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, etc.) Knowledge of database technologies (SQL, NoSQL) Experience with version control systems (Git, SVN) Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code Strong problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
