Key Skills

Roles and Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain web applications using ASP.NET, MVC, and Spring MVC frameworks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver new features.
Optimize application performance, scalability, and maintainability.
Debug and resolve technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes.
Participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality coding standards and best practices.
Stay up to date with emerging technologies and suggest improvements to the development process.

Skills Required:

Must-Have:

Strong experience in ASP.NET MVC and .NET Framework
Familiarity with Spring MVC or similar MVC-based frameworks
Good understanding of OOP principles and software development best practices
Experience in web application development and layered architecture

Nice-to-Have:

Proficiency in C# and C#.NET
Experience working in agile environments
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)
