Software Engineer

As an experienced Dynatrace professional with 8 to 13 years of experience, you will be responsible for various key tasks related to Dynatrace administration and monitoring. Your primary role will involve the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Dynatrace OneAgents, ActiveGates, and user rights/policy. In addition, you must have a strong background in monitoring and troubleshooting Dynatrace environments, including resolving issues such as OneAgents not connecting, setup problems, and user-related issues. Experience with Dynatrace Network zone and Synthetics would be advantageous in this role. Your responsibilities will include assisting Optum in setting up 2-3 new Dynatrace SaaS environments and consolidating/migrating numerous Dynatrace Managed environments to Dynatrace SaaS with Grail. You will also be in charge of Dynatrace Administration, ensuring the smooth functioning of the Dynatrace environment through proper installation, configuration, and maintenance.
