Software Engineer - Java

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Participate in the full lifecycle of feature development, collaborating with other engineers to ensure successful and timely delivery.
• Implement software development processes, standards, and best practices to consistently deliver high-quality software products in alignment with the Software Development Lifecycle and Agile Target Operating Model (TOM).
• Demonstrate engineering excellence through the effective use of analysis tools, control gates, and peer reviews.
• Contribute to improving design, productivity, and quality, and support junior team members in adopting these standards.
• Show curiosity and initiative in evaluating and adopting emerging technologies, tools, models, and methods that support competitive differentiation and enhance product performance.
• Engage in systematic knowledge management and continuous learning to optimize the engineering lifecycle and help meet evolving market and client needs.
• Actively participate in code reviews to promote new approaches that improve design quality and engineering productivity.
• Escalate, document, and manage product design and functionality issues as needed to ensure that delivery goals are met in accordance with defined plans.

Experience Requirement:

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in software development.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies and familiarity with modern software development practices.
• Exposure to code review processes and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines is preferred.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and a commitment to continuous improvement.
