Software Engineer in Test

As a QA Automation Engineer, your responsibilities will include creating, maintaining, and executing test plans and test cases against both hardware and software components. You will be expected to design, build, and upkeep robust automated test frameworks and test scripts using C# and Selenium/WebDriver. Your role will involve developing and running automated test cases for web and API applications. Furthermore, you should possess the ability to comprehend source code for code reviews and troubleshoot application/script issues by examining logs and errors. It will be your responsibility to estimate test efforts, analyze test results, and effectively participate in release and sprint planning. Additionally, you will track defects and engage in day-to-day QA activities, enhancing and expanding the automation library and framework as needed. You will be required to understand clients" business requirements and objectives, translating them into a comprehensive test plan. Moreover, you will be expected to write specialized testing tools to support the testing of our software platform. As an expert exploratory tester, you should be a constructive thinker and collaborate effectively with customers and team members. Lastly, your understanding of Agile testing approaches in terms of cost of change and time factors will be crucial in fulfilling your duties effectively.,
