What You’ll Do

• Ship production code weekly across

  Python

  and

  Go

  services and a

  React/Next.js

  frontend.
• Design and implement microservices for real-time ranking, interview analytics, and payouts infrastructure.
• Pair with senior engineers to profile, test, and harden

  LLM-powered agents

  .
• Translate user feedback into specs and deliver features end-to-end.

What We’re Looking For

• Solid

  computer science fundamentals

  with hands-on coding ability.
• Demonstrated projects you can showcase—fast prototyping, testing, and shipping.
• Experience building scalable applications in production.
• Curiosity about

  LLMs, retrieval, and ranking systems

  .
• Bonus: Experience with high-performance or startup environments.
