Able to create, build, and test applications with the desired quality and in a timely manner with sufficient guidance or support from Senior Engineers 2. Comply with / Follow the architectural design guidelines, coding standards and best practices in the Engineering updates. 3. Sustaining - Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in applications in a timely manner. 4. Collaborate with other teams to integrate with various applications systems. 5. Technical programming skills like in .Net, Angular/Typescript, VC++, NodeJs, Javascript, SQL etc. Should be able to upskill in a few weeks in the technologies that are currently already in use at CenTrak. 6. Understanding of software design patterns. 7. Effective communication (verbal, written and must be clear and convincing and not just respond to specific questions) skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders 8.
