Job Description

As a member of the CPI Engineering Team, your responsibilities will include:

Designing and implementing integration solutions using SAP CPI to connect both SAP and non-SAP systems.
Developing and configuring integration flows to ensure they meet business requirements and performance standards.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Development, DevOps, and Security, to deliver APIs that are scalable, reusable, and secure.
Staying updated on the latest SAP CPI features, best practices, and industry trends.
Managing integration projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
Working with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
Communicating effectively with team members, stakeholders, and management.

Essential Skills

Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
Over 5 years of experience in SAP CPI design and development
Strong understanding of integration concepts, APIs, and web services
Experience with SAP systems and modules, such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC
Proficiency in API management best practices, including security protocols (HMAC, OAuth, JWT, API Keys), rate limiting, versioning, monitoring, and alerts
Hands-on scripting experience (eg
JavaScript, Groovy, Python) for custom adapters and transformations, with Git & CI/CD pipelines Excellent problem-solving skills, communication and interpersonal skill
