Key Skills:

Roles and Responsibilities:

Design and build robust, scalable, and secure backend systems using Java, Python, or similar technologies.
Contribute to system architecture, code reviews, and software design best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, QA, DevOps, and frontend engineers.
Work with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
Build and deploy cloud-native applications on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Drive CI/CD implementation and DevOps automation.
Mentor junior engineers and foster a strong engineering culture.
Continuously identify performance improvements and bottlenecks

Skills Required:

Must-Have:

4+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering.
Strong coding skills in Java, Python, or similar backend language.
Solid understanding of Core Java concepts and software design patterns.
Experience with Microservices, REST APIs, and distributed system design.
Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Familiarity with SQL databases (e.g., MS SQL Server).
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-Have:

Frontend experience using React/Angular/Vue.
Exposure to CI/CD tools and DevOps culture.
Familiarity with data engineering or ML pipelines.
Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
