We’re hiring a Lead Software Engineer with expertise in Drupal, PHP, and ASP.NET to design, develop, and optimize enterprise solutions. The role involves leading a team, ensuring delivery quality, and driving innovation.
ResponsibilitiesLead application design, development, and performance optimization.Manage delivery of modules, code reviews, and technical mentoring.Collaborate with stakeholders and present design options.Configure release processes and manage defect RCA/resolution.Ensure adherence to coding standards, timelines, and compliance.
Must-Have SkillsDrupal & PHP (latest versions) – 2+ years’ experience.ASP.NET – 5+ years’ strong experience.Hands-on in production Drupal platforms (preferably integrated with .NET).Experience in Drupal upgrades, customization, and troubleshooting.Strong analytical, problem-solving & leadership skills.
Good-to-HaveKnowledge of other CMS systems.Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, ITIL, and RAD methodologies.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contractual / Temporary
Pay: ₹255,264.42 - ₹1,060,463.76 per year
