Software Engineer, Actimize

So, what’s the role all about?

NICE Actimize is seeking a highly motivated Full Stack Software Engineer to join our Case Manager team. In this role, you’ll contribute to the design and development of product features for a modern, web-based application, supporting both On-Prem and Cloud deployments. You’ll be involved in the full development cycle, including building Java-based applications, developing infrastructure, participating in design and code reviews, and supporting CI/CD deployments.

As a Full Stack Software Engineer, you will:

• Take full ownership over the development-lifecycle of features according to design documents and enterprise software standards.
• Design and develop for multiple platforms, databases, and application servers.
• Collaborate within multi-disciplinary Agile teams, adopting Agile spirit, methodology, and tools.
• Interface with various R&D groups and support tiers.
• Develop web-based applications for large organizations, ensuring robust solutions for both On-Prem and Cloud environments.

Have you got what it takes?

• 2-4 years of industry experience in Java Development and Web Applications
• Comprehensive familiarity and proven experience in OOD/OOP
• Experience with SQL and relational DB environments such as Oracle, MSSQL, and PostgreSQL
• Experience with HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
• Self-motivated and fast learner with a strong sense of ownership and drive
• Excellent communicator with good spoken and written English
• Preferred: Frontend experience in Vue.js, Angular, or React; experience with CI/CD technologies (Jenkins etc.); knowledge in secure code practices
