NICE Actimize is seeking a highly motivated
Full Stack Software Engineer
to join our Case Manager
team. You ll be part of a dynamic R&D group building a modern, web-based application for large organizations, supporting both On-Prem and Cloud deployments. This is a hands-on development role where you ll own the full lifecycle of feature development from design to deployment while working in a collaborative Agile environment. You are someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, is passionate about clean code, and enjoys solving complex problems. You re a team player who s also self-driven and eager to grow.
How will you make an impact
- Design and develop scalable web-based applications for enterprise clients.
- Own the development lifecycle of features, ensuring alignment with design documents and enterprise software standards.
- Build and maintain Java-based backend services and infrastructure.
- Develop for multiple platforms, databases (Oracle, MSSQL, PostgreSQL), and application servers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams, adopting Agile methodologies and tools.
- Participate in design and code reviews, and support CI/CD deployments.
- Interface with various R&D groups and support tiers to ensure seamless delivery.
Have you got what it takes
Basic Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in Java development and web applications.
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Design and Programming (OOD/OOP).
- Experience with SQL and relational databases like Oracle, MSSQL, PostgreSQL.
- Proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
- Self-motivated, fast learner with a strong sense of ownership.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with modern frontend frameworks: Vue.js, Angular, or React.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins.
- Knowledge of secure coding practices.
