What youll bring

5+ years of experience managing software development teams in an agile environment
A history of delivering successful large-scale projects from inception to release
Experience working with a complex product portfolio across multiple teams
Demonstrative experience in software engineering best practices such as design patterns, decoupled architectures, test-driven development, and CI\CD pipelines
History of observing and considerately adopting contemporary software development technologies
Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to achieve results through influence
Able to work flexible hours as required by business priorities.

What well prefer you to have

Experience developing cloud solutions (Microsoft Azure) and an understanding of SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS models
Experience with Microsoft Azure (AKS, Cosmos DB, Azure SQL), Azure DevOps, and Angular
Experience managing remote teams and team members both onshore and offshore
Experience delivering process and technology changes across disconnected teams and organizational boundaries
