Summary:As a Software Development Lead, you will engage in the development and configuration of software systems, either managing the entire process or focusing on specific stages of the product lifecycle. Your day will involve applying your extensive knowledge of various technologies, methodologies, and tools to effectively support clients and projects, ensuring that all software solutions meet the required standards and specifications. You will also be responsible for guiding your team through challenges, fostering collaboration, and driving innovation in software development practices.
Roles & Responsibilities:1. Guiding the team in development using CATIA.2.Understands and develops software solutions to meet end user's requirements. Ensures that applications integrate with overall system architecture, utilizing standard IT lifecycle methodologies and tools.3. Should be responsible to handle design, development, and analysis and Delivery of the requirements4. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.5. Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.6. Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to increase efficiency and quality. Professional & Technical Skills:

Skills:

Proficiency in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE ENOVIA Customization, CATIA V6, MCAD L2/L3 Support.Proficiency in CAD apps like Catia V6, Composer, DraftSight, SolidWorksStrong hands-on experience on customization through scripting/Macros.Solid understanding of ITIL frameworks and experience using ITSM tools such as ServiceNow (SNOW).Proven ability to collaborate with vendor and cross-functional teams/Partners.Client-side CAA commands + BLs, Attributes, Search, 6WTags, PQ Definitions, Widgets, Draft sight Engagements and Title Block, Macros.
Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 10+ years of Experience working on Mechanical CAD tools.- This position is based at our Pune office.- A 15-year full time education is required. Qualification
