Summary This position is for a forward-thinking AI Engineer to join our growing team focused on building intelligent, autonomous agents and MAS (Multi-Agent System) that power next-generation enterprise workflows. You'll work at the intersection of machine learning, generative AI, and agentic orchestration frameworks to design scalable, resilient systems that think, decide, and act. This position will also spearhead technical innovation, guide and mentor development teams, and drive product ownership, solution design, and software delivery in a multi-cloud environment.Roles and responsibilities:1.Design and develop highly available, reliable, and scalable modern SaaS cloud-based solutions. 2.Design, build, and deploy AI agents using frameworks like Oracle AI Studio, CrewAI, LangGraph, Azure AI Foundry, CoPilot Studio etc 3.Develop and fine-tune machine learning models and LLM-powered agents for real-world tasks 4.Integrate agents with enterprise systems, APIs, and orchestration layers 5.Use GitHub Copilot across SDLC phases"”from prototyping to testing and documentation 6.Collaborate with product and business teams to translate use cases into agent roles and behaviors 7.Implement fallback logic, memory layers, and human-in-the-loop escalation for agent reliability 8.Contribute to internal tooling, agent registries, and governance models 9.Stay current with emerging frameworks like Rovochat, MS Copilot, and multi-agent mesh architectures 10.Lead and participate in domain-driven software design and code review sessions, using modern modeling tools to create customer-focused architecture. 11. Create technical design specifications based on functional requirements and analysis documents, and provide constructive feedback during reviews. 12. Write modular, scalable, testable, and high-performance code using software engineering best practices and industry-standard security tools. 13. Plan, prioritize, and execute complex, high-priority tasks independently and as part of an Agile team. 14. Participate in and lead incident management and on-call procedures to ensure timely resolution and effective communication. 15. Evaluate and adopt innovative technologies and practices to enhance SDLC efficiency and product quality. 16. Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and support continuous improvement of build and delivery systems.17. Team player who's willing to play multiple hats like Product Owner, Scrum Master, in addition to the core role.Technical experience & Professional attributes:1.Dynamics 365 Ecosystem Understanding Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications "” particularly Finance & Operations (F&O), Supply Chain Management (SCM), and Business Central (BC). Understanding of end to-end business processes (Order-to Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report, Project-to-Profit) and where AI-driven insights or automation can be embedded. Familiarity with standard data entities, business events, and APIs exposed by Dynamics 365 for integration with AI and external services2.

Power Platform Familiarity :Experience with Power Automate for workflow orchestration and Power Apps for building user-facing extensions to ERP processes. Knowledge of Dataverse as the unified data layer for business applications "” including schema design, relationships, and security models. Ability to integrate Power BI analytics and Copilot experiences within Dynamics modules for contextual intelligence3.Data Architecture & Integration Frameworks:Understanding of Dynamics 365 integration mechanisms, including:OData / Data Management Framework (DMF) for bulk data import/export. Business Events and Dual-Write for real time synchronization between F&O and Dataverse. Custom APIs, Logic Apps, and Azure Functions for advanced integrations . Experience designing data pipelines connecting ERP data to AI services (Azure Cognitive Search, Synapse, Data Factory).Enterprise AI IntegrationMicrosoft Copilot Studio & AI Builder:Deep understanding of Microsoft Copilot Studio and AI Builder as design-time environments within Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. Experience creating, configuring, validating, and deploying AI agents or copilots tailored to enterprise workflows. Familiarity with Copilot lifecycle management "” prompt orchestration, connector integration, and security configurationEnterprise Integration & Governance :Proven experience integrating AI agents with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O, BC) and Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps). Understanding of enterprise-grade compliance, data governance, and Responsible AI principles within Microsoft Cloud (Azure OpenAI, Purview, Entra ID)Agent Design & Configuration:Ability to design persona-driven copilots aligned with business roles (e.g., Finance Analyst Copilot, Supply Chain Copilot). Skilled in defining conversational intents, goals, and context frameworks using Microsoft Copilot Studio. Experience decomposing business processes into agent tasks and orchestrating adaptive, context aware interactions.Tool Integration & RAG :Proficiency in integrating Microsoft AI agents with connectors, custom APIs, Dataverse, and external data services. Strong understanding of Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines in the Azure ecosystem "” Azure Cognitive Search, Vector Indexes, and Azure OpenAI Embeddings. Experience enabling semantic search, document retrieval, and contextual grounding from SharePoint, Teams, or Dynamics data sources. Multi-Agent Orchestration:Familiarity with multi agent design patterns within Microsoft ecosystems (Copilot orchestration, Power Automate agent flows, Logic Apps). Experience designing collaborative agent frameworks that delegate across multiple copilots or functional domains. Understanding of orchestration strategies such as hierarchical tasking, message passing, and shared memory contexts.Evaluation & Optimization:Ability to define, monitor, and optimize AI agent KPIs such as reasoning accuracy, latency, grounding quality, and user satisfaction. Familiarity with Azure Application Insights, Power Platform Analytics, and Copilot telemetry for performance tracking. Experience iterating model prompts and connectors based on usage analytics and error patterns.Standard AI SkillsAgentic Frameworks & Orchestration :Hands-on experience with CrewAI, LangGraph, and Azure AI Foundry for building and deploying autonomous agents.
