Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to ensure the successful implementation of software solutions, addressing any challenges that arise, and contributing to the overall enhancement of application performance and functionality. You will also participate in maintenance activities, ensuring that existing systems operate smoothly while exploring opportunities for further development and improvement. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Mentor junior professionals to enhance their skills and knowledge. - Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress and address any challenges. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP FI CO Finance. - Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and practices. - Experience in application development and maintenance within SAP environments. - Proficiency in coding languages relevant to SAP development. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
