Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure project milestones are met, facilitating discussions to address challenges, and guiding your team in implementing effective solutions. You will also engage in strategic planning to align application development with organizational goals, ensuring that the applications meet user needs and industry standards. Your role will require you to balance technical oversight with team management, fostering an environment of innovation and continuous improvement. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to enhance skill development. - Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards. Professional & Technical Skills: -Python backend developer skills API development with preferably FastAPI (though Flash/Django experience can be considered) -Azure DevOps pipelines -Docker -Azure App Services (you build it, you run it; does not have to be super in-depth but some familiarity is required) Additional Information: - Azure certification is a plus
