Summary:As a Software Development Engineer, you will engage in a dynamic work environment where you will analyze, design, code, and test various components of application code for multiple clients. Your day will involve collaborating with team members to ensure the successful implementation of software solutions, while also performing maintenance and enhancements to existing applications. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality code and contributing to the overall success of the projects you are involved in, ensuring that client requirements are met effectively and efficiently.The IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE) Administrator work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action.The IBM ACE Administrator standardizes the quality assurance procedure for software. Oversees testing and debugging and develops fixes. Researches complaints and makes necessary adjustments and/or recommendations to resolve complex software related issues. Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas. Makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed. Follows established guidelines/procedures. Experience with IBM WebSphere MQ & Message Broker Administration.- Strong understanding of API management and integration patterns.- Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.Required
QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field3-5 years of experience in systems analysis or application programming developmentStrong experience in writing ESQL, DB stores procedures, Message Sets.using Transformation nodes, Routing Nodes, Grouping Nodes, Security Nodes.defining message flows, REST flows, SOAP services, callable flows, common frame work flows.MQ nodes, HTTP nodes, Database Nodes, Email nodes etc.CI/CD pipeline deployment automation of ACE application.Defining Queue manager, queues, channels, and process definition in IBM MQ.Monitoring and alerting of services and servers in IBM ACE and MQ.Performance tuning and best practices.Solid understanding of AGILE principals and methodologies, with experience in the SCRUM and SAFe frameworksStrong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiencesMaster's Degree Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in IBM API Connect.- This position is based at our Chennai office.- A 15 years full time education is required.- 24 hours operational support Qualification 15 years full time education
