Summary: As a Software Development Engineer, you will engage in a dynamic work environment where you will analyze, design, code, and test various components of application code across multiple clients. Your day will involve collaborating with team members to ensure the successful maintenance and enhancement of existing applications while also contributing to the development of new features. You will be responsible for troubleshooting issues and implementing solutions that enhance the overall functionality and performance of the applications you work on. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a timely manner. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Conduct thorough testing and debugging of application components to ensure optimal performance. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration. - Strong understanding of system architecture and database management. - Experience with performance tuning and optimization of SAP systems. - Familiarity with SAP transport management and system upgrades. - Knowledge of backup and recovery strategies for SAP environments. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
