Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance frontend applications using Flutter and related technologies.
Collaborate with product, backend, and design teams to translate business requirements into seamless user experiences.
Optimize applications for speed, responsiveness, and cross-platform performance.
Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and performance improvements.
Ensure best practices for maintainability, security, and scalability.
Stay current with emerging frontend frameworks, tools, and technologies.

What Were Looking For:

Engineers with 3–6 years of experience in frontend development.
Strong expertise in Flutter, with good exposure to React.js or JavaScript/TypeScript.
Product-oriented mindset with attention to design details and user experience.
Ability to take end-to-end ownership of frontend modules and features.
Strong problem-solving skills, debugging capability, and performance tuning experience.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a fast-paced, agile environment.
