Job Description

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy high-performance backend services using Java Spring Boot and Node.js.
Take complete ownership of assigned modules from requirement analysis to production deployment and maintenance.
Collaborate with product, frontend, and QA teams to ensure smooth and reliable releases.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code with thorough test coverage.
Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and scalability challenges.
Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and process improvements.

Qualifications:

3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in backend development.
Proficiency in Java (Spring Boot) and/or Node.js frameworks.
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and database design (SQL/NoSQL).
Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD practices.
Solid problem-solving skills with attention to detail and code quality.
Ability to take end-to-end ownership and work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
