Description
We are seeking a highy motivated Software Deveoper to contribute to the expansion of our capabiities in designing and buiding robust data pipeines, Data Anaytics, APIs, and integration frameworks. These soutions wi interconnect monitoring patforms, teemetry systems, and anaytics toos. This is a hands-on engineering roe that requires a bend of software deveopment expertise, systems integration knowedge, and arge-scae probem-soving skis. The idea candidate wi have a strong passion for transforming operationa data into actionabe inteigence and be enthusiastic about everaging modern technoogies in the areas of automation, observabiity, and AIOps. Key Responsibiities: Data Pipeine Deveopment Design and deveop scaabe services and APIs to ingest, transform, and visuaize data from mutipe network and infrastructure monitoring toos. Contribute to buiding and evoving the AIOps data ingestion pipeine and toochain. Integration and Automation Buid integrations and automation using ow code soutions between SevOne, Netcoo, ServiceNow, and other teemetry and incident management patforms. Enabe capabiities ike automated remediation, inteigent aerting, and impact anaysis through custom soutions. Coaboration and Communication Coaborate with patform teams, network engineers, SREs, Architects to identify insights and improve operationa workfows. Soution Deveopment and Maintenance Ensure soutions are performant, secure, and aigned with interna patform standards. Contribute to documentation and knowedge-sharing across deveopment and support teams. Stay up to date with emerging trends in AIOps, observabiity, and infrastructure anaytics. Participate in code reviews, agie deveopment processes, and continuous improvement of toosets. Deveop microservices, REST APIs, and data modes to enabe event correation and enriched. Required education Bacheor's Degree Preferred education Master's Degree Required technica and professiona expertise Basic : 5+ years of experience in software deveopment and or systems integration. Strong proficiency in mutipe anguages incuding anguages used in target deveopment toos Python (preferred), JavaScript, Node.js. etc. Knowedge of software deveopment ife cyce (SDLC), design patterns, and testing methodoogies. Domain Knowedge: Understanding of observabiity stacks and toos (e.g., Dynatrace, Grafana, Prometheus, Easticsearch, Spunk). Experience working with network and appication monitoring toos such as SevOne, Netcoo, AppDynamics etc. Famiiarity with automation patforms ike Ansibe, RIA (Formery Piant), Terraform. Understanding of ITSM patforms ike ServiceNow and integration best practices. Abiity to anayze data using statistica methods and reporting toos to identify trends, insights, patterns. Hands-on experience buiding APIs, microservices, and integrating third-party patforms. Experience in handing database management and version contro systems. Proficiency with RESTfu APIs and event-driven systems (Kafka, Webhooks, etc.). Abiity to assess the functionaity of existing software appications, debug issues, and test soutions to ensure seamess operations. Knowedge of CI/CD pipeines, DevOps principes and Networking Technoogies. Comfortabe working in a Linux-based environment. Strong communication skis and the abiity to work across teams. Preferred technica and professiona experience Exposure to AIOps patforms and reated architectures. Experience with SNMP, Sysog, IPFIX, and teemetry coection protocos. Famiiarity with coud services (AWS, Azure, or IBM Coud). Knowedge of data visuaization ibraries and frameworks (e.g. React, D3.js). Understanding of network infrastructure concepts and event correation techniques.
