Software Developer ReactJS goJS

· Proactively modify and enhance software applications to fix bugs, improve performance, upgrade interfaces, and adapt to new hardware or technologies.

· Lead and participate in system testing and validation to ensure high-quality, reliable software delivery.

· Manage software programming tasks and maintain clear, comprehensive documentation.

· Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to communicate project status, gather requirements, and propose effective solutions.

· Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software design, development, and maintenance.

· Analyze existing systems and recommend innovative improvements or new system implementations to meet evolving business needs.

· Work hand-in-hand with engineering teams to evaluate software-hardware interactions and define precise specifications and performance benchmarks.

· Prepare detailed reports on project specifications, progress, and challenges to keep all stakeholders informed.

· Engage regularly with project managers to understand project constraints, timelines, and technical capabilities, ensuring alignment and timely delivery.

· Embrace new technologies and frameworks enthusiastically, continuously improving skills and applying fresh knowledge to challenging projects.

Requirements:

· Pursuing Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology. Candidates with diplomas in similar fields, demonstrating strong eagerness to learn and grow will also be considered.

· Strong knowledge, experience and proficiency in JavaScript, with a strong preference for Node.js development expertise.

· Demonstrated ability and enthusiasm to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

· Skilled in developing unit tests to ensure code quality and reliability.

· Strong problem-solving skills with a creative mindset to tackle complex technical challenges.

· Proven experience working on diverse software development projects, showing adaptability and continuous learning.

· Deep knowledge of programming concepts, best practices, and modern development tools.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively within a team and across departments.

· A proactive attitude towards learning new technologies and a passion for taking on challenging assignments to drive personal and organizational growth.
