We are seeking a talented professional who can take on the dual role of Software Developer and Trainer. The ideal candidate should have experience in software development and a passion for teaching and mentoring aspiring developers.

Job Responsibilities:

As a Developer:

• Design, develop, and maintain software applications.
• Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and other team members to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize applications for performance and scalability.
• Work with modern development tools, frameworks, and technologies.
• Stay updated with the latest industry practices and emerging technologies.

As a Trainer:

• Conduct training sessions for students and professionals on programming languages, frameworks, and software development practices.
• Prepare training materials, practical exercises, and real-world project examples.
• Guide trainees through coding challenges, assignments, and best practices.
• Mentor and support learners in building technical confidence.
• Continuously update training content to match industry trends.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in software development.
• Strong foundation in programming concepts, web/mobile technologies, and database management.
• Familiarity with modern tools (e.g., Git, APIs, frameworks) is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring future developers.
