MJR Educations Pvt Ltd is a leading educational institute offering professional courses in Software, Tally, GST, and more. We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Female Telecaller to join our team and assist in our student outreach and admission process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents to explain course offerings.
• Handle inbound calls and respond to queries related to course fees, timings, and curriculum.
• Maintain and update student lead database, follow up with interested candidates.
• Support the admission process and guide students in registration and documentation.
• Provide excellent customer service and build rapport with callers.
• Prepare call reports and share feedback with the marketing team.

Requirements:

• ✅ Education: Any degree (Freshers can apply)
• ✅ Experience: 0–2 years in telecalling, customer service, or sales (Educational sector experience is a plus)
• ✅ Languages: Fluent in Tamil and basic English
• ✅ Skills: Confident communication, basic computer skills (Excel, CRM knowledge preferred)
• ✅ Personality: Positive attitude, team player, goal-oriented
• ✅ Availability: Looking for immediate joiners
