📍 Location: Remote (India-based)

🕐 Shift: 6:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST (Aligned with Canadian EST: 9 AM – 5 PM)

We’re hiring a talented .NET Developer to join a fast-growing Canadian startup transforming healthcare through scalable, intuitive software. You’ll take real ownership of features, write clean, maintainable code, and work directly with our product and engineering teams in Canada.

What You’ll Bring

• 3–5 years of experience in .NET (.NET Core, C#, ASP.NET)
• Strong understanding of object-oriented principles & design patterns
• Proficiency in SQL Server and REST API development
• Hands-on experience with Git and modern development workflows
• A mindset for clean code, accountability, and fast learning

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using .NET Core
• Build and consume RESTful APIs
• Collaborate with frontend, QA, and product teams in real time
• Participate in code reviews and suggest improvements
• Write clean, reusable code that scales and is easy to maintain
• Diagnose bugs, optimize performance, and support production deployments
• Take ownership of features from planning through release

A Day in the Life

• Start your workday around 6:30 PM IST from your home office
• Join a daily stand-up with the Canadian team
• Pick up development tasks and collaborate via Slack, Zoom, and GitHub
• Work closely with cross-functional teams across Canada and India
• Participate in code reviews and planning sessions
• Push high-quality code and wrap up around 2:30 AM IST
