Job Description

As a member of the Development team, you will be responsible for the development, maintenance and support of more than one Z Security offerings , some of which are AI driven

Strong overview of the Security & Privacy principles by design and demonstrated ability to implement it from development through CI/CD.

We are looking for candidates with strong diagnostic skills using industry standard tools and techniques, strong linux skills, and a proven background in cloud/OCP based operations.

Established ability to diagnose the gap, recommend alternatives as well as architect OR Re-architect the existing product-capabilities in the product development life cycle.

Strong overview of the infrastructure {z, z/Linux, zCX, LPAR} needed for driving development lifecycle of the offering. Managing the desired level of automation for delivery process. Sound development experience in K8 lifecycle.

Should be able to code in Java for the back-end and/OR Standard scripting or Python based skilss needed for integrating with ML systems.

Sound knowledge of data layer which is not limited to databases alone. It includes nature of data store, abstraction layer [driver(s) & SQL CLI], various integration as well as needed experience for DAO layer.

The ideal candidate would have a strong technical aptitude and a flair for picking up new skills

Required education Bachelor's Degree Preferred education Master's Degree Required technical and professional expertise

6+ years of Software development experience

At least last 3 - 4years in Cloud/OCP/Z based environment

Experience conceptualizing Security & Privacy driven product development lifecycle

Strong foundational knowledge of containerized deployments on Docker, Kubernetes, RedHat OpenShift and RedHat Enterprise Linux

Ability to demonstrate full-stack outlook for development/change process

Understanding and Implementing Privacy Principles, Secure Coding Practices, Data Minimization & Management, Privacy enhancing Technologies, Knowledge of applicable regulations and Continuous learning and adaptation neede for Secure devlopment practices.

The candidate should have a passion for continuous improvement in building knowledge base both technically and professionally

Preferred technical and professional experience

Certifications in Security & Priivacy based development , architecture & support.

Security / cyber security development expertise and AI certifications

Prior experience with development and integration with AI/ML Systems

Strong technical and functional skills to leverage and drive the team collaboration

Proactive posture on key identified areas of product development cycle. [ Security & Privacy]
