Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy customized solutions within the Salesforce platform using

  Apex

  ,

  Visualforce

  ,

  Lightning Components (LWC)

  , and

  Salesforce APIs

• Implement and maintain Salesforce integrations with external systems and applications.
  
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  
• Optimize and enhance existing Salesforce applications for improved performance and scalability.
  
• Maintain data integrity and security within the Salesforce environment.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, ensuring smooth operations across environments.
  
• Participate in code reviews, documentation, and best practice sharing within the development team.
  
• Work in

  rotational shifts

  to support global business operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 6–9 years

  of experience in Salesforce development and administration.
• Strong hands-on experience with

  Apex Classes, Triggers, SOQL/SOSL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce

  .
• Knowledge of

  Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP/Bulk/Streaming)

  and integration patterns.
• Experience with

  Salesforce configuration

  ,

  workflow automation

  ,

  Process Builder

  , and

  Flow

  .
• Familiarity with

  Salesforce DevOps tools

  (e.g., Copado, Gearset, Bitbucket, Jenkins) preferred.
• Salesforce

  Developer (PD1/PD2)

  or

  Platform App Builder

  certification is highly desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
  
• Ability to work effectively in rotational shifts and a global delivery model.
  

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  
• Salesforce certifications are a plus.
