Software Delivery Manager

You will be working full-time onsite as a Lead Software Engineer with a compensation range of INR 2,300,000 to 2,700,000 annually. With 5 to 7 years of experience, you should be ready to join within a notice period of 1 month. As a Lead Software Engineer, you will primarily focus on Kotlin and Java development for backend and microservices projects. Your role involves designing, developing, and guiding complex projects while providing technical leadership to engineering teams. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring code quality, and driving delivery throughout the software development lifecycle will be key responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and delivery of backend services and microservices using Kotlin and Java. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical standards and ensure best engineering practices. - Mentor and guide junior engineers, conduct regular code reviews, and provide technical direction. - Interface with customers and stakeholders to clarify requirements and deliver robust technical solutions. - Oversee project schedules and ensure timely completion of deliverables. - Ensure high code quality, proper documentation, and adherence to engineering processes. - Proactively identify and resolve technical issues to minimize defects and maximize customer satisfaction. You must possess: - 5-7 years of strong professional experience in Kotlin and Java backend development. - Proven experience in leading software engineering teams or technical initiatives. - Expertise in designing scalable microservices and backend architectures. - Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle, coding standards, and Agile practices. - Strong problem-solving abilities and experience with major databases and cloud platforms. - Excellent team communication and leadership skills.,
