Software Delivery Manager

As a Contract Delivery Manager, you are expected to lead the planning, execution, and oversight of delivery processes for all software deployments. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless software releases, maintaining high service uptime, and driving continuous improvement in our client&aposs delivery practices.

Must Haves:

Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in relevant discipline with 7+ years related work experience

Proven team leadership ability and collaboration skills.

Role + Responsibilities:

Release Management & Strategy

• Lead end-to-end release planning, execution, and lifecycle management across development, QA, operations, and support.
• Align release priorities with business goals, customer impact, and strategic objectives.
• Identify and mitigate risks to ensure smooth, timely delivery.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

• Serve as the central point of contact for all release stakeholders, providing clear updates on progress, risks, and changes.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineering, support, and program teams to ensure alignment and readiness.

Process Optimization & Tool Management

• Continuously improve release processes through analysis, automation, and adoption of best practices.
• Manage change documentation, version control, and configuration consistency.
• Optimize release tools (e.g., Jira, GitLab, LaunchDarkly) to support efficiency and reliability.
