This role is well-suited for individuals who: - Have 6+ years of professional frontend development experience, with a track record of building complex, data-intensive enterprise applications. - Have 1+ years of direct people management experience, including hiring, mentoring, and leading engineering teams. - Possess deep hands-on experience with LaunchDarkly or a similar feature management platform for managing configuration, user entitlements, release automation, product analytics, and experimentation at scale. - Demonstrate expert product sense and experience building applications with role-based access control. - Have expertise in TypeScript and React, along with a strong understanding of the modern frontend landscape. - Are strategic thinkers with experience in architectural design and setting technical vision. - Exhibit strong collaboration and communication skills to articulate complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
