Software Delivery Manager

As a Team Lead of software developers, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the delivery of customer requirements in a timely manner and within the allocated budget, without compromising on the quality of the output. You will be expected to track project progress against schedules diligently and implement corrective measures if any deviations are observed. In cases of significant slippage or anticipated delays in meeting time or quality benchmarks, it will be your duty to escalate the issue to the appropriate level for prompt resolution. Managing the relationship with clients and other key stakeholders is a crucial aspect of this role. Regular coordination with clients, internal team members, and external vendors is essential to ensure the smooth execution of projects. Your ultimate goal will be to ensure that all projects are completed on schedule, meet the specified requirements, and stay within the defined budget limits. You will play a pivotal role in defining project scope and objectives by engaging with relevant internal stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility. Developing a comprehensive project plan to monitor and track progress will be one of your key tasks. Reporting project status to senior management and escalating critical issues as necessary are integral parts of this position. Additionally, conducting risk management activities to identify and mitigate potential risks will be vital for project success. Your proficiency in Java programming is a required skill for this role. As part of your responsibilities, you will also be involved in preparing and reviewing project documents such as Functional Specifications Document (FSD) and Functional Requirements Document (FRD) to maintain clarity and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.,
