Software Delivery Associate

As an Associate Software Delivery Manager at Statiq, your role will involve ensuring high-quality software releases, optimizing team performance, and aligning tech efforts with business objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end software delivery cycles to achieve timely and quality outcomes. - Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, and Retrospectives. - Serve as a liaison between development teams and product owners to maintain deliverable alignment. - Identify roadblocks, assess risks, and implement mitigation strategies for seamless project execution. - Utilize tools like Jira and Confluence to monitor progress and uphold transparency. - Promote Agile best practices and cultivate a culture of continuous improvement within the teams. - Collaborate effectively with QA, DevOps, and Product teams for smooth end-to-end delivery. - Monitor sprint metrics to detect blockers and enhance delivery efficiency. Qualifications Required: - 2+ years of experience in Agile software delivery, project management, or a similar role. - Profound understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum. - Hands-on experience in coordinating with technical teams and product stakeholders. - Proficiency in project tracking and collaboration tools like Jira and Confluence. - Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills. - Ability to thrive in a dynamic, evolving tech environment with a solution-first mindset.
