Software Architect

You are a talented and experienced Software Architect sought by RMgX, a Gurgaon-based digital product innovation and consulting firm. Your role will involve leading the design and development of scalable, robust, and innovative software solutions. As a pivotal member of the team, you will collaborate with stakeholders, mentor developers, and contribute to the technology strategy to ensure RMgX maintains its position as a leader in cutting-edge digital solutions. Your responsibilities will include providing technical leadership by designing and architecting robust software solutions, working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, developing innovative solutions to complex problems, mentoring developers to achieve technical excellence, participating in business development activities, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to process improvement and setting the organizational technology roadmap. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, with proven experience as a Software Architect or in a similar leadership role. You should have expertise in designing and building scalable software solutions, knowledge of integration methodologies, architectural patterns, and software development life cycles, exceptional problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and strong mentoring capabilities. Preferred skills include experience in business development, familiarity with UX, visual design, and digital strategy principles, and knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
