Software Architect

As an AI Architect at NiCE, you will play a crucial role in building scalable AI systems and infrastructure to handle large datasets effectively, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and maintainability. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Leading the development of secure and compliant data and machine learning pipelines in alignment with data governance and regulatory standards like GDPR. - Designing, developing, and implementing AI models and algorithms to address real-world business challenges, contributing to both proof-of-concept (POC) and production-grade solutions. - Mentoring and guiding team members on AI technologies, best practices, and system architecture to foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation. - Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to identify AI-driven innovation opportunities and translate business requirements into technical solutions. - Establishing and promoting ethical and responsible AI practices across the organization. - Taking ownership of strategic decisions related to AI deployment, architecture, and lifecycle management. - Conducting research and implementing machine learning algorithms, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques and integration with Vector Databases. - Developing and maintaining AI applications using modern frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, and Haystack, running experiments to evaluate and enhance model performance. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. Additionally, the following qualifications are essential: - Proven experience as an AI Architect or in a similar senior AI/ML role with a track record of deploying multiple AI solutions in production. - Proficiency in cloud platforms like Azure or AWS and strong expertise in AI/ML technologies, RAG architectures, and Vector Databases. - Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, .NET, or similar, along with familiarity with AI/ML frameworks and libraries. - Experience with AI project Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), model versioning, CI/CD for ML, and AI testing strategies. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with excellent communication abilities to articulate complex technical concepts effectively.
