The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering engaging training sessions focused on enhancing communication, interpersonal, and professional development skills of our employees. Job Location: Kolkata Budget: Up to 6.5 LPA Requirement - Graduate + Experinece of at least 4 years into BPO and 2 year in Soft Skills Trainer Note: A minimum of 1 year of on-paper experience as a Soft Skills Trainer in a BPO or corporate environment is mandatory. Role and Responsibilities: New Hire Training (NHT): Conduct onboarding sessions focused on communication skills, professional behavior, and workplace etiquette. Floor Support: Provide on-the-job coaching and guidance to ensure the application of soft skills in real-time scenarios. Training Needs Analysis (TNA): Work closely with team leads and quality teams to identify skill gaps and design targeted training interventions. Feedback & Development Sessions: Conduct one-on-one and group feedback sessions to support continuous improvement. Retention & Performance Support: Track training effectiveness and support employee engagement and retention through skill development. Refresher Training: Deliver periodic refresher sessions to reinforce soft skills and update staff on any behavioral competency changes. What Were Looking For: Bachelors degree in any relevant field. Minimum 1 year of proven experience as a Soft Skills Trainer in a BPO or corporate setting. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
