Job Summary:

The Soft Skills Trainer will be responsible for training participants on essential interpersonal and professional development skills. The role includes planning, delivering, and evaluating training programs that enhance communication, teamwork, personal grooming, leadership, and workplace behavior to improve employability and overall professional competence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct interactive sessions on communication skills, personality development, teamwork, time management, conflict resolution, and workplace etiquette.
  
• Design and develop training content, modules, and materials as per curriculum and industry requirements.
  
• Assess learners strengths and development areas through pre- and post-assessments.
  
• Use engaging training methodologies (role plays, activities, case studies, group discussions, etc.) to ensure effective learning.
  
• Maintain training records, attendance, and learner progress reports.
  
• Coordinate with other trainers to ensure holistic training delivery.
  
• Provide individual coaching and feedback to help learners improve their soft skills.
  
• Organize mock interviews and group discussions to prepare learners for job readiness.
  
• Ensure discipline and a positive learning environment in the classroom.
  
• Stay updated with latest industry trends and incorporate innovative techniques in training.
