Soft Skills Trainer

KreditBee is hiring a Soft Skills Trainer to support the development of customer-facing teams across customer support, operations, and collections. The role focuses on improving communication, customer handling, emotional intelligence, and professional conduct to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.

This position plays a critical role in ensuring consistent, compliant, and high-quality customer interactions, particularly for newly onboarded employees and evolving operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver structured soft skills training programs for new hires and existing teams
• Conduct training on customer communication, call handling, objection handling, and emotional intelligence
• Facilitate interactive workshops, role plays, call simulations, and scenario-based learning
• Align training programs with KreditBees service standards, compliance requirements, and customer experience goals
• Assess training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and behavioral observations
• Collaborate with Operations and Quality teams to address performance gaps
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience

• Strong expertise in customer handling and call etiquette
• High emotional intelligence and coaching ability
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills
• Ability to engage diverse audiences in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working with customer-centric teams

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in any discipline
• 2-5 years of experience as a Soft Skills Trainer / Corporate Trainer
• Experience in BFSI, Fintech, NBFC, or BPO preferred
• Experience training customer support or collections teams is an advantage
• Training or coaching certification is a plus
