Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Kochi for a Soft Skills Trainer. The Trainer will be responsible for designing and conducting training sessions focused on enhancing communication, presentation, and life skills. Daily tasks include developing training materials, delivering effective training programs, assessing participants' progress, and providing feedback. The Trainer will also collaborate with other educators to create a supportive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Presentation Skills and Soft Skills
• Experience in Training & Development and Life Skills coaching
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to engage and motivate participants
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Communication, Psychology, or a related field
• Prior experience in a similar training role, preferably in an educational setting
