Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Soft Skills Trainer, located in Hubli. The Soft Skills Trainer will be responsible for delivering training sessions on soft skills and communication. Duties include conducting workshops, creating training materials, providing feedback, and assessing trainees' progress. Trainers will also facilitate life skills sessions and ensure that the youth are equipped for job market readiness.

Qualifications

Strong Presentation Skills and Training & Development experience
Effective Communication and Soft Skills
Ability to teach Life Skills
Passion for empowering youth and excellent interpersonal skills
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
Bachelor's/Master's degree
