Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Soft Skills Trainer based in Amalāpuram. The Soft Skills Trainer will be responsible for delivering training sessions on various soft skills, life skills, and communication strategies to students. Key responsibilities include designing and conducting engaging training modules, improving students' interpersonal and communication skills, and fostering an environment conducive to personal and professional development. The role requires a commitment to guiding students to excel in their academic and career pursuits.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Soft Skills and Life Skills training
• Expertise in Presentation Skills and effective Communication techniques
• Experience in Training & Development with the ability to engage learners
• Capability to motivate and inspire students to develop professional behavior
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a certification in training or soft skills is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with a diverse group of learners
• Proven experience in facilitating workshops and training sessions
• Prior experience in an educational setting is an advantage
