Role Description This is a full-time/part-time on-site role for a Reasoning and Aptitude Trainer located in Hubli. The trainer will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons and exercises that improve students' reasoning and aptitude skills. Daily tasks include preparing training materials, assessing student progress, providing feedback, and adapting teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs. The trainer will work closely with other faculty members to ensure a comprehensive curriculum that prepares students for competitive exams and job placements. Qualifications Proficiency in Reasoning and Aptitude Training, including quantitative techniques and logical reasoning Experience in curriculum development and creating effective training materials Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to assess student performance and provide constructive feedback Knowledge of competitive exams and relevant testing formats Bachelor's degree in Education, Mathematics, or a related field Prior teaching or training experience preferred
