Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Soft Skill Trainer at KG College of Arts and Science in Coimbatore. The Soft Skill Trainer will be responsible for conducting training sessions to develop presentation skills, communication skills, life skills, and soft skills among students and staff members. Qualifications Presentation Skills and Training & Development expertise Strong Communication and Soft Skills Experience in teaching Life Skills Ability to effectively engage and motivate learners Experience in conducting workshops and training programs Relevant certification in Soft Skills Training or related field Experience in working in an educational institution is a plus Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field Show more Show less
